Change is a constant in air logistics, driven by evolving market demands, digitalization, regulatory developments, and increasing operational complexity. This course provides a structured and accessible introduction to change management within air logistics environments, helping participants understand how change impacts people, processes, and daily operations. It focuses on building a clear foundation of how change is initiated, managed, and implemented in real operational contexts.

Participants gain practical insights into the key drivers of change, typical challenges in implementation, and the role of communication, coordination, and stakeholder involvement.
